License Agreement

It is crucial that you understand your entitlements and duties concerning the material on our Services, including any material you submit or share. You are responsible for Your Content. Don't share anything that you wouldn't want others to see, that would violate this Agreement, or that may expose you or us to legal liability.

You are solely responsible and liable for Your Content, and, therefore, you agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection with Your Content.

You represent and warrant to us that the information you provide to us or any other user is accurate, including any information submitted through Facebook or other third-party sources (if applicable), and that you will update your account information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

The material you post on your personal profile should be appropriate for the purpose you're using our Services. You're not allowed to upload any content that's prohibited, and your material must also adhere to the EULA.

You're not permitted to show any private contact details, banking information, or details about peer-to-peer payments, whether it's about you or someone else (for instance, names, addresses, postal codes, phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, credit/debit card numbers, peer-to-peer payment account names, or other banking information). Should you decide to share any personal details about yourself with other users, you're doing so at your own risk. We highly advise you to be careful when sharing personal information online.

Your individual profile will be visible to other people around the world, so be sure that you are comfortable sharing Your Content before you post. You acknowledge and agree that Your Content may be viewed by other users, and, notwithstanding these Terms, other users may share Your Content with third parties. By uploading Your Content, you represent and warrant to us that you have all necessary rights and licenses to do so and automatically grant us a license to use Your Content.

We offer resources and functionalities designed to boost personal expression through Your Content and Member Content, and we're always working on advancing our Services with new technologies. Some resources or functionalities might enable you to create or improve content based on Your Content. This content remains yours, and you are accountable for its correctness, its use on our Services, and any decisions, actions, or failures to act based on Your Content. Exercise caution when selecting and sharing Your Content. You acknowledge and consent that we might monitor or examine Your Content, and we possess the authority to remove, delete, modify, restrict, or block or halt access to any of Your Content at any time at our discretion. Additionally, you understand and consent that we are not required to display or review Your Content.

Member content
You are granted access to Member Content, but please note that it does not belong to you, and you are not permitted to reproduce or utilize Member Content for any reason other than as outlined in these Terms. Other members will also share their content on our platform. The content provided by Members is owned by the individual who shared it, and it is stored on our servers and presented according to the user's instructions. It is crucial that you thoroughly examine and independently confirm the accuracy of Member Content. Other members might employ tools to create or improve content based on the content provided by Members. Member Content could contain biased, inaccurate, harmful, offensive, or deceptive information. Members are accountable for their content, including any decisions, actions, or omissions related to their content. You have no rights to Member Content, and, without specific permission from Group-fun, you are only allowed to use Member Content in a way that aligns with our Services' goal of facilitating communication and interaction among members. You are not allowed to reproduce Member Content for commercial gain, to send unsolicited messages, to harass others, or to issue illegal threats. We have the authority to shut down your account if you misuse Member Content.

OUR CONTENT
group-fun.com owns all other content on our Services.

Any other text, content, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, images, and other intellectual property appearing on our Services is owned, controlled or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law rights. All rights, title, and interest in and to Our Content remains with us at all times.

We grant you a limited license to access and use Our Content as provided, and we reserve all other rights.

Prohibited Content:
Could reasonably be deemed to be offensive or to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

Is obscene, pornographic, violent or otherwise may offend human dignity, or contains nudity;

Is abusive, insulting or threatening, discriminatory or that promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry;

Encourages or facilitates any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offense;

Encourages or facilitates any activity that may result in harm to the user or another person, including, but not limited to, promotion of self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, violent extremism, Is defamatory, libelous, or untrue;

Relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions, promotions, and advertising, solicitation for services, "sugar daddy" or "sugar baby" relationships, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers);

Involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam";

Contains any spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information whether from group-fun.com or otherwise;
Infringes upon any third party's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights);

Includes the image or likeness of another person without that person's consent (or in the case of a minor, the minor's parent or guardian), or is an image or likeness of a minor unaccompanied by the minor's parent or guardian;

Is inconsistent with the intended use of the Services; or May harm the reputation of Group-fun or its affiliates, meaning the uploading or sharing of content on the Group-fun platform that is defamatory to Group-fun or its affiliates or advocates misuse of the Service or any service provided by Group-fun affiliates.

The uploading or sharing of content that violates these Terms ("Prohibited Content") may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
